💫 Korazi Lashez — Policies & Procedures&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;🕰 Appointments & Scheduling:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;All appointments for Korazi Lashez are by reservation only to ensure each guest receives a private, luxurious experience.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon service completion.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Please arrive on time. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other guests.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;💳 Payments:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Gratuity is appreciated but never required.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;💅 Cancellations & Rescheduling:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;A 24–48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to transfer deposit once. &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Two or more missed appointments within 365 days may result in client account suspension.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;✨ Travel / Mobile Lash Experience:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Travel appointments are available for VIP or group bookings.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;A travel fee applies based on distance from the main studio (calculated by set zones).&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Client must provide a clean, well-lit area with access to an outlet.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;For safety reasons, the lash artist reserves the right to decline unsafe or unsanitary environments.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Parking fees, tolls, or hotel valet charges (if applicable) are added to the service total.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;🧖‍♀️ Client Preparation:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Please arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils, and mascara.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Avoid caffeine or eye makeup before your session for the best retention.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Contact lenses must be removed prior to service.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;🌸 Aftercare:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Avoid moisture, heat, or steam for 24 hours post-service.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Clean lashes regularly with a lash-safe cleanser.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Avoid pulling, rubbing, or applying mascara to extensions.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Book a refill every 2–3 weeks to maintain a flawless look.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;💎 Refunds & Corrections:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Due to the nature of services, refunds are not provided.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;If a concern arises, please contact the artist within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up or assessment.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;🖤 Professionalism & Comfort:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Please silence phones during your service to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Only the client being serviced is allowed in the lash area unless pre-approved.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, unsanitary, or unsafe behavior.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10; &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;📍 For the Luxury Lash Traveler:&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;For destination or event bookings (weddings, photo shoots, etc.), a 50% deposit and travel agreement are required.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Travel packages can include on-site lash artistry, touch-ups, and luxury amenities upon request.

Natural Hybrid Lashez is a 70-30 mixture of both classic Lashez and volume Lashez. Choosing Natural hybrid extensions gives you the best of both worlds by mixing classic Lashez and volume and strategically placing them to frame the eyes and not too full.

Natural Volume Full Set is where a lash fan is created from 5-7 individual false Lashez and applied to one isolated natural lash. Due to the number of lashes being applied, the individual thickness of each false lash tends to be thinner and lighter than that used for classic lashes. Also, the individual thickness of each false lash is determined by the strength of the natural lash

Korazi Volume Full Set is a technique where a lash fan is created from 7-12 individual false Lashez and applied to one isolated natural lash. Lash length vary and wet look is given. Due to the number of lashes being applied, the individual thickness of each false lash is determined by the strength of the natural lash. More time is spent giving Lashez a fuller appearance.
