Buncombe County Pre-Application Meeting

For projects that will require a public hearing through the Board of Adjustment.
The purpose of the Pre-Application meeting is to allow applicants to ask questions about development standards and processes during the early stages of a design project. These meetings allow staff to provide guidance and answer applicant questions; however, the advice given in these meetings does not signify approval on any aspects of the project.

NOTE: This meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams!

Buncombe County Project Pre-Submittal Meeting

This meeting should be requested after approval of a project from the Board of Adjustment prior to submittal of a master SPR. It is required for larger projects. Please do not use this form if you were not instructed to submit for this meeting.
