Approval of the private event request will be provided by our Facilities Manager within 48 hours of receiving the completed Facility Use Agreement form.

In order to allow proper time to update our calendar and publicize announcements, we ask that this information be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Please be aware that submission of this form does not guarantee publication in the requested outlets. Adjustments may be made to how we opt to publicize due to space, timing, and relevancy. Forms are only read during business day hours which is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, with that being said please keep that in mind when submitting your request.
