    The Explore Archery is an innovative education program focused on introducing beginners of all ages and abilities to the lifelong sport of archery. The Explore Archery program is comprised of a range of fun activities and exercises designed to help each participant further develop their archery skills. With Explore Archery, equipment is provided, however, participants are encouraged to use their own if they have it. Awards are given for reaching certain skill proficiencies. Explore Archery is done at the individual's pace and is not designed as a competition club or competition between fellow archer participants in this program. All courses will be held at our range, Townsend MT. Participants are responsible for their own transportation.
  • Bent R Archery with over 30 years combined Archery Training and Experience, instructors for all of our programs include qualifications with USA Archery Certified Instructors Requirements, Including Background Checks and Safe Sport Training, Licensed & Insured. Our team consists of:

    • 1 Level 1 Instructor
    • 2 Level 2 Instructor Trainers and JOAD Program Instructors
  • Program Details: During the program, students will work on and master the 5 skills of the Explore Archery Program and earn the Skill Award upon completion. The final day is an optional Exhibition & Field Day for the students.

    June 24th Week 4: Scoring

    June 25th Optional Skills Exhibition & Field Day. Archery Games (Archery Battleship, Target Shooting, Archery Scavenger Hunt Challenge, Archery Bowling, etc.) *no awards will be given on this day.

    Makeup courses for Illness or vacation will not be provided, and medals for missed courses will not be distributed as these are earned awards. No refunds or cancellations.

  • Hold Harmless Agreement

    I understand that participation by my child involves a certain degree of risk. Examples of potential specific, significant, non-obvious dangers and risks associated with this activity include, but are not limited to: muscle strain, minor cuts, blisters, forearm bruising, finger bruising, sore joints, and muscles, eye strain, and fatigue. Additional risks include loss of balance and posing a risk to self or others.

    I have carefully considered the risk involved and grant (give) consent for my child to participate in the activity with this consideration and understanding. I understand that participation in the activity is entirely voluntary and requires participants to abide by applicable rules and standards of conduct. Safety standards and range expectations will be reviewed daily with all participants. 

    I release Bent R Archery, a division of Ryan Works LLC, the activity coordinators, and all directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and related parties from any and all claims or liability arising out of this participation.

    Permission to Examine and Treat

    First Aid Trained adults will be on hand throughout the course and take appropriate action to contact parents/caregivers or trained medical support when warranted. 

    If an emergency occurs while attending this event and I cannot be reached to give consent for their medical care, I hereby authorize Bent R Archery and its representatives, to seek treatment for my child and/or dependent minor by a licensed physician. I know of no reason(s), other than the information indicated on this form, why my child/dependent should not participate in prescribed activities except as noted above.

    Media Release and Consent for Use

    I hereby grant Bent R Archery and others working for Ryan Works LLC or on its behalf, and each of its respective licensees, successors and assigns (each a “Releasee”), the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, unlimited right and permission to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, display, modify, create derivative works of, reproduce or otherwise exploit my child’s/dependent’s name, picture, likeness and voice (including any video footage of the same), testimonials (written by her or attributed to them), interviews (written by them or attributed to them) (collectively, “Media”), or to refrain from so doing, anywhere in the world, by any persons or entities deemed appropriate by Ryan Works LLC, for any purpose including, without limitation, any use for educational, advertising, non-commercial or commercial purposes in any manner or media whatsoever (whether known or hereafter devised) including, without limitation, on the internet, in print campaigns, in-store and via television.

    I agree that we have no interest or ownership in any of the Media. We shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, alteration, blurring, illusionary effect, or use in any composite form of her name, picture, likeness, and voice. I agree that nothing in this Release will create any obligation on Ryan Works LLC to make any use of the Media or the rights granted in this Release. I hereby release and hold harmless Releasees from any claim for injury, compensation, or negligence resulting or arising from any activities authorized by this Release and any use of the Media by Ryan Works LLC.

    By signing this Electronic Signature Acknowledgment Form, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. This signature acknowledges acceptance of the "Hold Harmless", "Permission to Examine and Treat", and the "Media Release".
