This is for only 1 year of Texas Registered Agent Services for a single entity ($100/year + $15 State Fee for RA Change). This service is for entities who are switching from a different RA company or individual AND selecting STC as their new Registered Agent. (Our office will submit the change of RA filing with the Secretary of State on your behalf).
