2025-2026 Product Program Planning Committee Application

Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia invites volunteers to serve on the council-wide Product Program Planning Committee. This committee will be comprised of Product Program representatives from each region to ensure diversity and all the council’s geographic regions are represented. We are looking for NEW committee members that will provide GSHG with valuable input for future Product Programs.
Application Deadline: April 30th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Purpose

The purpose of this planning committee is to review and provide input to the Product Program team. You will...
- Help determine the incentives for future Fall Product and Cookie Programs.
- Help streamline the procedures, paperwork, and deadlines for each program.
- Review the training process and materials.
Selection criteria will be based on...
- Representation from
  - Small, medium and large Service Units.
  - Geographic regions, to keep the team balanced.
Committee members should...
- Attend every meeting as a thoughtful and active participant.
- Provide independent and unbiased sound decisions.
- Serve as an advocate for the committee and the decisions being made.
- Bring unique expertise and experience to augment the knowledge and skills of the GSHG Product Program team.
Product Program Planning Committee Meetings will be held at 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM via Teams on the following dates.

Individually Registered Member (IRM)/Juliette Funds Review Committee

Girl Scouts who participate in the Product Programs and are not a part of a traditional troop must request Product Program proceeds. A committee consisting of GSHG staff, volunteers and peers review these requests quarterly. We are looking for a few new committee members.
