$85 Bronze Package- includes "Happy Birthday" spelled out & basic flair balloons, stars, presents, etc)

$100 Silver Package- includes "Happy Birthday" & Name, Age, basic flair (balloons, stars, presents, etc)

$125 Golden Package - includes a Theme (ex. Tik Tok, Coco Melon, Emoji, etc.)/Occasion (Baby Shower, Retirement, etc.), Name, Age with basics flairs (balloons, stars, presents, etc).

$140 Platinum Package- includes Customization Theme/Occasion (ex. Something that I have to purchase that I don’t’ have on hand.), Name, Age, flairs (balloons, stars, presents, etc.)

$50 Custom/Photo Keepsake (please advise me two weeks in advance)

TRAVEL/DELIVERY: Free Delivery for 15 miles or less. Delivery areas more than 15 miles a charge of $0-$30 based on travel time. Maximum delivery area is 30 minutes travel time from Jackson, MS

GRADUATION: Graduation setups start at $135 and are in high demand and fill up fast. Make sure to BOOK EARLY as we recommend at least 2 weeks in advance to get your graduate his/her custom set. Please contact me for more information.

ADDITIONAL DAYS: You may add additional days to your reservation for $25 per day. Rentals are available for a maximum of 48 hours unless other arrangements have been made.

HOLIDAYS: If you require yard cards to be installed OR picked up on a holiday (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day), a $25 fee will be charged.

Discounts are given for schools, non-profit, realtors, churches, and military. Please let us know if you are a part of one of these organizations.

Delivery and Set-up will be the night before the event after 6 PM on the day of the event. **Time depends on our delivery schedule.** Please let us know if you have a preference for the time of delivery. Pick up will be between the hours of 6PM-8PM. Payments can be made through/with Cash (Upon Arrival), Cashapp ($Queen13V) or Chime ($Victoria-Crump).** PAYING for your event reserves your date. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Please be respectful of our property. Please do not damage, destroy, or vandalize our signs. If part of the display is broken or stolen you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost is $15 per piece.*

Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we arrive. Please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 IF SIGNS ARE MOVED. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. (We will not show your address) All yard card setups include small advertising for Ava's Yard Jewels & Adventures, This may NOT be removed.*

REFUNDS 1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability. 2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, winter weather and any other Act of God that would put US or our lawn display in harm's way. 3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address. 4. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.*
