  • SELECT: How can Stellrr help you best today?

  • Stellrr WILL “broom sweep” the work area upon completion.

Any additional cleaning is your responsibility and is outside the scope of our work.

Energy-saving solutions are very dirty, tough work, and can be disruptive on installation day. But the work has to be done to make your home more comfortable and energy-efficient throughout the year.

We try to be as neat as possible but you can expect some dust from the work we do - it is simply unavoidable.

Stellrr is not responsible for covering your personal belongings.

Prior to the installation please cover any items that are important to you to prevent them from getting dusty. Cleaning items after work is complete is your responsibility and outside our scope of work.

  • For safety, nobody is to be in the work-area/house the day/night of high-pressure spray foam installation.

We use expanding foam, inumescent paint, and cleaners in our work. Some odors can be expected, but these odors will go away in a day or two.

If using high-pressure spray foam, we may put the house under negative pressure, to suck out any odors or vapors in the air.

Our eco-friendly products lead the industry with the timeframe in which you can re-enter the area where we are working (ie. the attic, crawlspace, or a specific room).

  • As stated in the Pre-Install Notice, the client must move all objects out of the work areas.

If Stellrr is required to move objects in order to safely and properly perform our work, you will be charged $60 per crew member per hour with a 2-hour minimum.  Or your work may have to be RE-scheduled at an additional fee. We may assist in moving heavy objects with you. Afterward, you will have to put these objects back.

  • This is un-preventable. Stellrr not responsible. We can refer a drywall pro and provide a estimate for repair.) Cosmetic wall/ceiling touch-ups are to be done by you.

If we step through the drywall, we will fix it in-house with our preferred drywall contractor.

Keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for any drywall texturing, paint, finish carpentry, etc that may be necessary after our work is completed.

    • When working in your attic, the ceiling may flex a little and cause nail or screw pops or cracks.
    • Walls may experience the same if we dense pack them (especially if there are not many screws and adhesive to install the drywall originally).

We cannot control this; minor patching and then painting is required afterward, we cannot be responsible for this. It is outside the scope of our work.

  • First, client is to verify HVAC switch in the attic is ON. This switch can be turned off during our work for safety. You are free to turn it on anytime while workers are not in the attic.

  • Full payment is due the day work is significantly completed. Failure to pay in full within 10 days will void any warranty, or guarantee, and will cancel all bonuses or discounts.

Please have your payment ready for our Foreman on the last day of work. You may also call our office with credit card information. If financing the job, the completed paperwork must be signed on the day of significant completion.

  • Initial Work Start & Completion dates may change.

There are many variables that go into play when we schedule. Tentative work dates are given but actual dates may vary. If we have a job that is supposed to take 2 days, but we run into unforeseen issues, and it takes 3 or 5, then this means we have to change schedule dates. Being construction, this issue is very common.

We work in very hot and cold environments, our workers are often on the verge of heat illness and have to stop, thus changing project timelines. We wish everything worked perfectly, but we want you to be prepared to expect date adjustments.

If you have any questions regarding scheduling or your installation please call and ask the Production Department. If you have questions on the day of the installation, you can speak to your trained and experienced foreman.
