Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Volleyball Coaches to join our team. As a Volleyball Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and developing volleyball skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship among players. This is a paid position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct volleyball practices and training sessions
- Teach fundamental skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking
- Develop game strategies and provide tactical instructions during matches
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and matches
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff
- Organize and coordinate team participation in tournaments and competitions
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Volleyball Coach or playing experience at a competitive level is a preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to educate and motivate players of all ages and skill levels
- Background in physical education or sports coaching is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification is desirable
- Must be able to participate in physical activities as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
