I acknowledge that I will take responsibility for the Health and Safety of all people working or visting my Trade Site whilst on the Tomoana Showgrounds at the Hawke's Bay A&P Show I agree to the payment terms set by the Hawke's Bay A&P Society and Trade Manager for the Hawke's Bay A&P Show.On receipt of your Trade Exhibitor Site Application our Trade Manager will contact you to discuss and confirm the exact trade site most suitable for your success. An invoice will be forwarded to you once your application has been processed by our Admin team. Payment of the non-refundable 30% of your 2022 total site fee (including GST) within SEVEN DAYS of receiving invoice will confirm site allocation. Full payment is due on or before 29 August 2022. I agree that I will provide payment of the non-refundable 30% of the 2022 total site fee (including GST) within SEVEN DAYS of receiving invoice to be able to confirm site allocation.
