How it works

Fill out the form below and we will contact you via email to confirm your booking. Once confirmed, set out your laundry in bags, bins or totes at your door step. We will pick up your laundry within an hour of the pick-up time. Once completed, we will weigh your laundry and email you a quote for the total cost and expected return time.

Please select your preferred pick-up date and time within the available pick-up times below. Laundry will be returned the next morning within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time unless same-day service is requested.

Please note: For same day-bookings, please allow at least three hours in advance before your desired pick-up time. This will ensure we have the available staff and time to provide the service.

Services are not available on weekends and holidays. All bookings will be confirmed via email.

Steaming service

Steaming service is now available with or without laundry service upon request. You can choose to wash and request steaming service in addition (laundry service + $10 per garment) or request steaming service alone (no laundry service + $10 per garment). Please specify which garments are to be steamed and washed if needed.
No Contact Service

Which means we pick up and drop off your linen/clothes at your door step without you being present.
Disclaimer

By using our service, you agree that your clothes or linen are suitable to be washed in hot water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. Some exception of certain items may be dried on low setting and/or no heat tumble per our discretion. We can not guarantee that clean laundry will be 100% clear of pet hair. We use Tide laundry detergent - simply ALL IN ONE for all laundry. We do not provide dry cleaning or ironing services. Steaming available upon specific requests. We are not responsible for any tear/rip/shrinking of clothes or linen and will do our best to ensure that all articles will be returned to you.
We have the right to refuse service if we feel or believe is unlawful.
