For example, help with applying for a parking permit, adjustments in the home because of a disability, etc.

    1. This document is a proposal to transfer a claim; an agreement is only concluded when Square Rent accepts the proposal. 2. The person filling in this form (henceforth: contracting party) can - in the interest of collecting the transferred claim - be asked by Square Rent for additional information or additional confirmation of this agreement at a later date. Co-operation on the part of the contracting party in this regard is therefore part of this agreement and refusal of cooperation is a direct ground for termination of this agreement (ontbinding). 3. After the conclusion of this agreement, the contracting party will refrain from contacting the landlord/manager and will act unlawfully if he/she tries to collect the transferred claim him/herself. 5. If facts or circumstances come to light that impair the success of the recovery of the transferred claim or reduce the amount of the claim, and which the contracting party has omitted in this form, when he/she should have known that said information could possibly be relevant, this is a ground for termination of this agreement (ontbinding). 6. Square Rent accepts no liability for any claims against the contracting party or consequential damages arising from any proceedings initiated by Square Rent under this agreement. 7. The privacy provisions as can be found at the bottom of the website squarerent.nl apply to this agreement. 8. Dutch law applies to this agreement. All disputes arising from this legal relationship will be settled exclusively by the competent Dutch court in Leiden or The Hague.
