Under his strategic leadership from 2001-2011, Elite’s marketing and sales team achieved several gymnastics industry firsts, including the industry’s first online custom garment configurator, first international multi-currency/multilingual B2B/B2C website, and a top 2% national ranking in website marketing effectiveness.

    This strategy resulted in rapid international growth, and in another industry first – an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with Adidas to produce and market gymnastics wear under the Adidas brand during the 2008-2012 Olympic cycle.

    Today, Alan’s mission is to help small businesses boost their sales through smarter online strategies. He founded Power Marketing International, LLC in 2011 to drive his mission. In 2019 Alan joined forces with the Small Business Resource Association, adding his strategic planning guidance to help fuel the SBRA's growth.
