to be written as “vendor” at The Woodlawn’s Juneteenth Vendor’s Fair. This event will take place at 1200 E. 79th Street on Sunday, June 19, 2022 from 12pm-10pm.
The Vendor agrees to the following:
Vendors are to arrive at the venue between 11:00 am and 12 noon to begin setting up. Vendors are responsible for the overall presentation of their table, and for providing all of their own materials (tablecloths, signage, etc). The vendors must be set up and ready for attendees by 12:00 pm. All vendor tables will be spaced for social distance. No alcohol sales are allowed.
It is understood that the vendors pay a fee of $200 (retail) or $250 (rendering food services), due with the submission of this agreement, in order to secure your reservation. It is also understood that 100% of any revenue received at the event collected at the vendor’s booth, belongs to said vendor. Vendors are responsible for proper business and/or license credentials.
The Woodlawn will provide each vendor with a 6ft. table & 2 chairs. There is free street parking available. Access to electricity is available for an additional fee of $75 to be paid at the submission of this agreement.
Payment must be made in full to confirm this agreement.
By signing this one-time event Vendor’s Agreement, you agree to the terms above, and to perform only the services agreed to by The Woodlawn. For more information, please email us at thewoodlawn1200@gmail.com.
Vendors knowingly and voluntarily agree to enter into this WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY & hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation at this event. The Woodlawn is also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property, injury or bodily harm.
