Registration is being completed online this year, using the forms on the following pages. The information collected here is extremely important; therefore, be sure to complete each page in its entirety.

Vehicle Registration Form
THIS FORM MUST BE READ/COMPLETED BY BOTH THE SCHOLAR AND A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

This form must be completed for any scholar who intends on driving and parking a car on school property. Scholars who complete this form will be contacted with more information about policies and procedures related to student drivers.

Completion of this form DOES NOT guarantee that permission to park on campus will be granted or that parking will be available on the ground of Holy Family Cristo Rey Catholic High School.

Student Driver Agreement

To be read and signed by both the scholar and the parent/guardian.
I understand that parking on the Holy Family Cristo Rey Catholic High School campus is severely limited; thus, all drivers parking on campus must park in a designated parking area. Parking permissions for students will be granted at the discretion of the administration. Priority will be given to faculty and staff, senior students, and students with special circumstances in need of accommodation. Students are not allowed to park in visitor spaces, handicapped spaces, or areas designated for school buses, faculty, and staff. No student should in be in the parking lot or in any of the parked cars during school hours.

The school reserves the right to inspect, tow, or impound any vehicle that is parked on school property.

Holy Family Cristo Rey Catholic High School will not assume liability for personal possessions lost or damaged on its property, including vehicles or items within vehicles.

Billing Contact Information Form
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

Holy Family Cristo Rey Catholic High School sends invoices for student fees, tuition, and lunch (when applicable) to the email address of each scholar's billing contact, usually a parent or guardian. In order to ensure that invoices are received in a timely manner by the appropriate parties, all families should list both a primary and a secondary billing contact and provide contact information for each.

HFCR expects that all bills will be paid promptly. For your convenience, bills can be paid online anytime, or by check, cash, money order, or credit/debit card in the front office during regular school hours. In the event that a bill cannot be paid promptly, we ask that the Finance Office be notified as soon as possible so that alternate arrangements can be made.

I give my consent for my child’s name, image, photograph, video, audio, or any other form of recording of my child to be used in any and all print materials, social media, videos, and/or any other print or electronic media venues for the promotion of Holy Family Cristo Rey and/or for organizations that help support the mission of the school or provide scholarships for students at this school. I also understand that if my child is assigned to a sponsor or receives a scholarship from a foundation, an individual, or a scholarship granting organization, that my child’s name, image, photograph, video, audio, or other form of recording of my child may be given to the sponsor, foundation, individual, or scholarship granting organization to directly or indirectly support the mission of those organizations.
