Inoperable / Covered Vehicles: Guidelines Section 5: No vehicle of any type which is abandoned or inoperative shall be stored or kept on any lot or elsewhere within the property in such manner as to be seen from any other lot. No automobile or mechanical equipment may be dismantled or allowed to accumulate on any said lot. No automobile repair activities can take place upon any lot. No sidewalk or lot/lawn parking. Vehicles must be parked on driveways, parking pads on in garages.
Parking/ Storage of Prohibited Vehicles- Resolution#2: Motor homes, RV's, Campers, Commercial vehicles, Boats, Trailers, not permitted unless enclosed in a manner approved by the board.
Nuisances- Guidelines Section 4-No activity deemed noxious or offensive by the Board shall be conducted upon any Lot. Examples or such activities shall include but not limited, the origination or emission of any loud or disturbing noise. The maintenance of unsightly outdoor storage of personal property including toys, motorcycles or other motor vehicles, bicycles, wood piles other item on porches, patio, terraces or yards, or similar unsightly activity not in keeping with the aesthetic character and quality level of appearance of the community.
