Exterior Maintenance-Guideline: Maintain driveway and parking pad, keeping it free or grease and oil. No repairs or maintenance on motor vehicles should be performed on their lot nor property. Owner exterior maintenance include glass surfaces, screens. awnings, windows and trim.
Unapproved Exterior Change- Guideline:No building, sign, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the Properties, nor shall any exterior addition to to change or alteration prior to approval.
Quiet Enjoyment: Guideline Article VIII Section3.- No obnoxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon the properties nor shall anything be done which may become a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood.
Parking/ Inoperable vehicles:-No commercial licensed vehicle, trucks, tractors or inoperable vehicles may be parked on the lot or on common property or within any right of way of any street in or adjacent to the subdivision. All vehicles must be parked in driveway, not on grasses or soil surfaces of the lot.
Garbage Containers:Guideline Article V Section (h)- All garbage receptacles, containers and enclosures shall be located at the rear of the primary structure on lot, out of view from street.
