* Pre-orders are subject to product availability and or price changes.
* For orders indicated as in-stock either in USA or Philippines, prices are as posted.
* All orders are once in-stock or purchased are final and non-cancellable.
* We regularly shop for orders on Fridays and Saturdays.

 MODE OF PAYMENT

-Payment by bank deposit to either BDO or BPI.

-PAYPAL (Service fee is by Client)

-Sending proof of payment via FB/Viber/ig is Mandatory.

-Kindly send us a copy of your deposit slip or screenshot of fund transfer.

NOTES:

* Expect delay on payments to clear depository bank during the weekends and or holidays. We will only begin processing shipping of your orders once payment has cleared. More shipping information is detailed below.

 WHEN TO MAKE A PAYMENT

A. Pre-Orders and In-Stock USA

A 50% down payment is due once you fill out the order form to place an order.
Balance to fully pay the order is payable when the order arrives Manila hub.

B. In-Stock in Manila

Full payment shall be required once an order is placed.
If payment is not received, order will be voided and item will be reposted for sale.

NOTES:

* Full payment/remaining balance must be made within 1-3 business days from the time you received a notification that your order is already in stock and or has arrived our Manila hub and is ready to be shipped.

* If Full payment/remaining balance not received within 7 business days, order will be voided and down payment shall be forfeited.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Pre-Order and In-Stock USA
Air cargo

As soon as your order is in-stock and 50% down payment (DP) is received or credited in the depository bank, your order will be included in the next available shipping schedule.
Local shipping applies.

 LOCAL SHIPPING VIA LBC EXPRESS/GRAB

-Packages are insured up to PHP 500, additional insurance can be purchased by the client for an additional costs.

-Shipping schedule are SUNDAY only.

-Tracking Number (TN) will be sent once an order is shipped. If no TN is sent within 1-3 business days, you can send us a follow-up via Viber.

-Once TN is provided, it is client's responsibility to follow-up on the package within the courier. All couriers has website or contact number where you can check status of your shipment.

-No rush or same day shipping shall be accommodated in any circumstances.

 In-Stock Philippines

Full payment shall be made within 1-3 days after an order is placed.
After full payment is received or credited in the depository bank, your order(s) will be shipped to the shipping address we have on file within shipping schedules.
Tracking Number (TN) will be sent once an order is shipped. If no TN is sent within 1-3 business days, you can send us a follow-up via Viber.

METHOD OF COMMUNICATION

We strive to regularly update placed orders thru your FB/Viber account. From when it is received, being processed, purchased and needs DP, in transit to Manila and needs full payment up to when we ship your order.

* If you think you are not getting enough or timely responses, pardon us, but please know that we are doing our best to accommodate and respond to all your orders and or inquiries as soon as we can. Your patience is highly appreciated.

* If you communicate via IG-DM, please do not expect that when you decide to follow-up via FB or Viber, it will be acted upon right away.
