Admission Requirements

High school diploma or GED and current esthetic license are required to enroll. 132-hour permanent makeup course completion for advanced permanent makeup classes such as Microblade and Shade is also required. For advanced skin exfoliation classes such as Dermaplaning and Microneedling, the 14-hour Microdermabrasion class is required prior to attendance.

By signing this form, the student agrees to pay DollFace Advanced Education the total stated tuition and fees. The school agrees to provide the occupational training in accordance with the provisions of the school's current catalog, Volume 2, April 2022. Student shall receive a copy of said enrollment agreement and catalog. Payment of all monies due shall be a condition of continuing enrollment. Upon satisfactory completion of all academic and skill requirements and when all financial obligations to the school had been met, the school will award the certification to the student. The student and school understand that this enrollment agreement, which includes the refund policy, may not be amended except in writing and signed by both parties. DollFace Advanced Education LLC retains exclusive ownership of all information shared during class, within the curriculum, and in the manual. Any sharing and/or reuse of these elements belonging to DollFace Advanced Education LLC is prohibited. Students agree not to engage in direct competition with DollFace Advanced Education LLC for a period of 1 year following attending DollFace Advanced Education LLC. Engaging in such actions may lead to legal action, potentially resulting in fines and penalties.

Student Complaints

Attempting to resolve any issue with the school first is strongly encouraged. Student complaints may be brought to the attention of the Division of Private Occupational Schools online at http://highered.colorado.gov/dpos , 303-862-3001. There is a 2-year statute of limitation for the Division to act on a student complaint (from student’s late last day of attendance).

Refund Policy
Students not accepted to the school are entitled to all monies paid. Students who cancel this contract by notifying the school within three business days (72 hours) are entitled to a full refund of all tuitions and fees paid minus any kit received (if any). Students who withdraw after three business days (72 hours) but before commencement of class are entitled to a refund minus the booking fee and the cost of any educational materials/kit provided. In the case of students withdrawing after commencement of classes, the school will retain the booking fee plus a percentage of tuition and fees, which is based on the percentage of contact hours attended (if training is offered as distant education: “based on the percentage of number of lessons completed”) in the Program/Stand-alone course, as described in the catalog. The refund is based on the official date of termination or withdrawal.

1. The student may cancel this contract at any time within 72 hours of signing this contract.

2. All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of termination. The official date termination or withdrawal of the student shall be determined in the following manner:

A. The date on which the school receives written notice of the students’ intentions to discontinue the training program or

B. The date on which the student violates published school policy, which provides for termination.

C. Should a student fail to return from an excused leave of absence, the effective date of termination for a student on an extended leave of absence or leave of absence is the earlier of the date the school determines the student is not returning or the day following the expected return date.

3. The student will receive a full refund of tuition and fees paid if the school discontinues a Program/Stand-alone course within a period a student could have reasonably completed it, except that this provision shall not apply in the event of the school ceases operation.

4. The policy for granting credit for previous training shall not impact the refund policy.

Which method of payment will you be using? Note: There is a Card convenience fee for all card purchases of 3.5%. There are fees applied using other forms of payment (besides cash, Zelle and check). Please check into your chosen form of payment to see these fees. What DollFace Advanced Education is charged in fees is passed onto the student to keep class cost down. This includes Apple, Venmo and PayPal. There are no fees on booking fees. There are no fees on cash or check.
