    Service Plan Payment 

    With your GO24 Subscription, you can access designated locations based on your selected service plan options. You will be required to pay the full fees in advance for the service plan and/or monthly dues by automatic debit of your nominated credit card. In the latter case, you may be required to execute additional authorizations and documents as may be required. A personal access code fee of will be charged prior to your service plan start date. 

     

    Fitness Assessment

    We offer a complimentary fitness assessment for all new clients. In this session, you will receive an in-depth body composition reading as well as experience a workout in accordance with your fitness needs or learn more about our equipment. Complimentary fitness assessments will expire after 14 days from your service plan’s commencement date.

     

    Washroom, Daily and Locker Usage

    Showers and toiletries are provided; some locations do not provide bath towels so please bring along your own. For location (s) that provide bath towels, please be eco-friendly by using only 1 towel per visit and respect our facilities by returning towels to designated bins and not placing them on the floor. Lockers are available for use during your visit to the gym and in some locations, we recommend you to bring your own locks. Kindly remove all belongings in the locker before leaving the gym as GO24 staff will promptly clear lockers after members exit the premises to maintain cleanliness and availability. Any items left inside a locker after you leave the gym will be removed by GO24 staff and placed in the lost and found. (subsequently discarded after prolonged time periods). GO24 Fitness and/or its affiliates accept no responsibility, liability for any personal property lost on any of our premises.

     

    Entry to Gym, Access Code Use & Bring a Guest Policy

    You may be issued a personal access code via GO24 Fitness' mobile application that gives you access to the GO24 Fitness locations you are entitled to access under your subscription. You must not allow anyone else to use your access code. If this policy is violated, you may be charged a guest fee and/or have your service plan suspended/cancelled with fees/ cancelled without return of your security deposit. If you are introducing a guest to visit, approval of GO24 is required and there is a guest fee. In some cases, facial recognition technology may be used to access gym(s) and by subscribing to our service, you are giving consent for retaining photo(s) of you for providing access via facial recognition.

     All new clients will be entitled to get one complimentary buddy pass for you to bring a guest in for a one-time visit (certain restrictions may apply). To bring a guest for a workout, please visit us during staffed hours. We do not permit entry outside of staffed hours for those without a service plan.

  • Personal Training Policy

    Personal training services provided in the gym may only be provided by GO24 employees. You shall not act as a personal trainer for any ONYX/GO24 customers or guests and any acts which constitute such business activities are strictly forbidden and in doing so may lead to your service plan being cancelled by ONYX/GO24 Fitness and security deposit forfeited.

     

    Staffed Hours & Contact Number

    Our staffed hours may vary from time to time for any particular ONYX/GO24 Fitness location - please refer to each location for specifics. For any enquiries during non-staffed hours, please contact us via the gym WhatsApp line and we will respond as soon as staff come on duty.

     

    Duress Alarm, First Aid Kit & AED

    We have first-aid kit and AED machine available at the gym for emergency use. You are responsible for understanding how to operate the duress alarms and agree to use them only in case of an emergency.

     

    Cooling Off Period

    We offer 48 hours cooling off period. The cooling off period will expire after 48 hours after we receive your subscription fee and deposit from you or upon your first use of any GO24 services and/or facilities after the signing of the agreement, whichever is earlier. In case if you terminate your subscription during the cooling off period, all subscription fee and deposit paid by you for the subscription will be refunded (however the access code fee will not be eligible for refund). A cheque will be issued from the GO24 Fitness head office within 30 working days of applying for refund.


    GO24 Reward Program

    Refer a buddy to join our service plan package at any GO24 Fitness (excludes day/week/month pass), you will receive 100 points as a reward.

     

    Terms and Conditions (“GO24 T&C")

    You hereby acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be legally bound by the GO24 T&C and the terms and conditions herein. The terms and conditions herein shall for all purposes be deemed to form part of GO24 T&C insofar as my subscription is concerned, and in case of any conflict between the GO24 T&C and the terms and conditions herein, the latter shall prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, we may vary any terms and conditions herein pursuant to Clause 17 of the GO24 T&C.


    GO24 Fitness reserves the right to vary the Terms & Conditions herein at any time pursuant to Clause 17 of the GO24 T&C and to make final binding decisions on all matters related to your service plan and the Terms and Conditions herein.

    At GO24 Fitness, we take pride in the cleanliness of our studios as fundamental to how we operate. In consideration of concerns around the world regarding COVID-19 virus, we want to assure you that we are taking every measure to carefully clean and disinfect our gyms, equipment, common areas and locker rooms.

    As such we are also asking our cardholders to take extra care in washing hands before and after your visit and the best thing to do to protect our community is to stay home if you are sick or not feeling well.

  • Credit Card Authorization Form

    PAYMENT INSTRUCTION/AUTHORISATION
  • I have completed the credit card details instructing my credit card issuing bank to pay future payments from my account. If I fail to make payments to GO24 Fitness under my service agreement on the due date, my signature below shall constitute an unconditional and irrevocable authority by GO24 Fitness to debit my nominated credit card details of which are set out above with the total amount due without notice. Failure to make autopay subscription payments will result in contract being suspended temporarily until outstanding balance is paid. Legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding payments due. I have read the rules of contract as show above and overleaf, and agree to abide by them.

  • I, parent/guardian of minor cardholder above, hereby give my consent to enter into the contract to take up service plan of his/her own choice. I have explained to the minor cardholder this service plan application form as well as the gym’s policies and I, are satisfied that the said minor cardholder has fully understood the same. As proof of my undertaking and consent for the minor cardholder to sign this service plan application form and to be bound by the gym’s policies, I affix my signature below.
