Acknowledgment and Waiver
I confirm that the information I provided in this document is accurate and true.
I confirm that the artwork put on display is my own artwork.
I understand that Seven Tides agrees to permit the Artist to enter the studio during business hours for the purpose of installing and removing the art works.
I understand that the display of the art works shall be subject to the approval of Seven Tides. Artwork will be selected to ensure the artwork is appropriate for the studio environment and that it is appropriately matted and framed.
I accept full responsibility for any damages to artwork whilst on display and understand Seven Tides will not be held responsible in this instance.
I understand that Seven Tides grants permission to the Artist to display the artworks, at no rent or charge, at the Seven Tides Studio.
I understand that Seven Tides will not take any profit off sales made by the Artist. Artwork which is sold may be removed at the end of the exhibit or may be removed at the time of sale and replaced with another appropriate piece of artwork.
I allow my artwork to be photographed and to be used for Seven Tides social media.
This Agreement may be terminated at will by either party. Upon termination, the Artist shall promptly remove the art works from the Business’s premises during business hours.
