1. Closing date for applications is 0900hrs on Monday 6th June 2022.  Late applications will not be considered.
2. Applications must be submitted alongside all relevant documentation.
3. Cheques should be made payable to Glasgow Life. At the back of the cheque please write (World Pipe Band Championships 2022) and the name of your company.
4. Cheques for pitch fees and litter bonds must be provided separately.
5. Please keep a copy of this form for your records.
6. The Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse any application.
7. Cheques will be returned to you if your application is not successful.
