- Designated warm up area for teams
- Designated practice time for each team one day prior to the start of the tournament

The NJCAA prefers that the 18 hole course(s) be, at minimum, a playing length of 6,700 yards on championship tees. Course(s) must be able to withstand two full practice rounds and four days of competition. The practice facility must accommodate at minimum 75 players at once, allowing for driving, long iron, short iron, chipping, sand game and putting. Golf carts are to be provided for staff, officials and coaches (only when their team or individual is competing). Hosts should plan to secure approximately 125 golf carts for the championship. Course must have adequate drinking water readily available for participants.

An outdoor scoreboard with capacity to display scores of a minimum of 25 teams and/or 150 individuals.

GAME OFFICIALS
HOST is responsible for the contracting and assigning of game officials for the championship. HOST is required to provide a minimum of two (2) USGA trained rules officials onsite. The coordinator will check specific availability prior to formal approval by the NJCAA.*

STATISTICS / RESULTS

Statistics are to be recorded for each game/event of the championship and provided to the NCAA immediately following the conclusion of each contest/round of competition. PHOTOGRAPHY
HOST agrees to provide an official photographer to take photographs during the entirety of the event. The name and contact information for the photographer must be provided to the NJCAA at least thirty days to the start of the event. For head-to-head sports, photographers will be required to provide 3-5 images to the National Office immediately following each contest. All remaining pictures should be provided immediately after the conclusion of each day of competition. The NJCAA reserves the right to broadcast any of its championship events on its official digital network – NJCAA Network (www.njcaa.org/network).
