In addition to items previously mentioned, the facility that hosts the NJCAA DI Women's Golf Championship must also meet the following requirements:
- ADA Compliant
- No tobacco use at NJCAA event
- Public Address and Sound System
- Athletic Training Facilities
- Meeting rooms
- Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs
- Appropriate lighting for outdoor sports
- Concessions / Merchandise Sales area
- Press Box / Table area
- Ticket office/gate entry
- An outdoor scoreboard with capacity to display scores of a minimum of 25 teams and/or 150 individuals.
- Scoring tent or room
- Minimum of two (2) uniformed security guards throughout the tournament
- Separate dressing area for officials (one per gender)
- Dedicated hardwire internet and access to power for NJCAA Network broadcasting
- Dedicated covered and secured from elements facility for NJCAA Network broadcasting.
- Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not playing
- Designated warm up area for teams
- Designated practice time for each team one day prior to the start of the tournament
The NJCAA prefers that the 18 hole course(s) be, at minimum, a playing length of 6,700 yards on championship tees. Course(s) must be able to withstand two full practice rounds and four days of competition. The practice facility must accommodate at minimum 75 players at once, allowing for driving, long iron, short iron, chipping, sand game and putting. Golf carts are to be provided for staff, officials and coaches (only when their team or individual is competing). Course must have adequate drinking water readily available for participants.
