Please note that this form is rather long and can take a bit of time to complete. Should you begin to fill out the form and need to finish it later, you can exit the form and your responses will be saved (with the exception of attachments uploaded) as long as you return to the form using the same computer and web browser (this depends on your web browser settings and storage capacity).

HOST agrees that it will provide the general requirements of FACILITIES outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements (Press Box, Scoreboards, Public Address System, Hospitality Room, Parking, Athletic Training Facilities, Inclement Weather / Lightning Detection)
In addition to items previously mentioned, the facility that hosts the NJCAA DIII Women's Soccer Championship must also meet the following requirements: - ADA Compliant- No tobacco use at NJCAA event- Public Address and Sound System- Athletic Training Facilities- Meeting rooms- Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs - Stadium lights that meet the current NCAA playing standards. - Concessions / Merchandise Sales area- Press Box / Table area- Ticket office / gate entry- A stadium-type facility with a playing surface of natural grass or sport turf.- The field of play must measure at least 110 yards by 70 yards. - Artificial turf fields must be a rubber infill surface, consistent with current FIFA approved fields.- Minimum seating capacity of 750- Game clock / scoreboard visible from the field of play- Three (3) locker rooms complete with showers- Minimum of two (2) uniformed security guards throughout the tournament- Separate dressing area for officials (one per gender)- Dedicated hardwire internet and access to power for NJCAA Network broadcasting- Dedicated covered and secured from elements facility for NJCAA Network broadcasting.- Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not playing- Designated warm up area for teams- Designated practice time for each team two day prior to the start of the tournament
All NJCAA Championship Hosts must adhere and follow all policies of the NJCAA Style Guides. As well as what is outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements.
HOST agrees that it is responsible for providing knowledgeable staff to record official statistics for the entire championship. Statistics are to be recorded for each game/event of the championship and provided to the NCAA immediately following the conclusion of each contest/round of competition. The name(s) and contact information for the individual(s) keeping statistics for the event must be provided to the NJCAA at least thirty days prior to the start of the event.
HOST of the DIII Women's Soccer Championship is required to record game statistics via PrestoSports Stat Entry, live StatCrew entry via PrestoSports, or another live scoring method approved by the NJCAA National Office. The XML files for each game are to be sent to the NJCAA following the conclusion of each game. PrestoSports Stat Entry is available to all tournament hosts of these sports at no cost.
