  • Apply for the Business Legacy Award by completing this form, which should take about 30 minutes. In order to be considered, a nominee must be a living Brainerd Lakes Area resident whose lifetime business and community contributions span a minimum of 30 years. They must be a current or past member of the Brainerd Lakes, Crosslake and Pequot Lakes Chambers.

    All applicants will be reviewed by a committee in June. Winners will be presented their awards at our Celebration of Excellence, Presented by CLA, on November 19, 2026.

    Thank you for nominating an individual for the Business Legacy Award! An independent panel of judges appointed by the Chamber’s Board of Directors will score applicants and make the final award selection. All applications are confidential. The award recipient will be contacted mid-June. If not chosen to receive the Business Legacy Award, we encourage all applicants to update information and re-apply for the award next year.
