Please note that this form is rather long and can take a bit of time to complete. Should you begin to fill out the form and need to finish it later, you can exit the form and your responses will be saved (with the exception of attachments uploaded) as long as you return to the form using the same computer and web browser (this depends on your web browser settings and storage capacity).

  • In addition to items previously mentioned, the facility that hosts the NJCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championship must also meet the following requirements:
      
    - ADA Compliant
    - No tobacco use at NJCAA event
    - Public Address and Sound System
    - Athletic Training Facilities
    - Meeting rooms
    - Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs
    - Appropriate stadium lighting 
    - Concessions / Merchandise Sales area
    - Press Box / Table area
    - Ticket office/gate entry
    - Two (2) locker rooms complete with showers
    - Minimum of two (2) uniformed security guards throughout the tournament
    - Separate dressing area for officials (one per gender)
    - Dedicated hardwire internet and access to power for NJCAA Network broadcasting

    - Dedicated covered and secured from elements facility for NJCAA Network broadcasting.
    - Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not playing
    - Designated warm up area for teams
    - Designated practice time for each team one day prior to the start of the championship 

    - Fully automatic timing system. 

    - Venue must have 8 (eight) or 9 (nine) lane (42 inches wide each lane) flat track with all-weather surface, high jump area, horizontal runway and pit, pole vault runway and landing pit, throwing area with protective cage, javelin runway and landing area, steeple chase water barriers and adequate supply of hurdles. It is preferred that all competition areas be at the same facility.

  • All NJCAA Championship Hosts must adhere and follow all policies of the NJCAA Style Guides. As well as what is outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements.

  • HOST agrees that it is responsible for providing knowledgeable staff to record official statistics for the entire championship. Statistics are to be recorded for each game/event of the championship and provided to the NJCAA immediately following the conclusion of each contest/round of competition. The name(s) and contact information for the individual(s) keeping statistics for the event must be provided to the NJCAA at least thirty days prior to the start of the event.

    HOST of the DIII Track & Field Championship is required to use fully automatic timing through HyTek Meet Manager and is encouraged to utilize live scoring.
