Balloons work best inside. Outside balloons can be done with the possibility of an additional charge if needed. Outdoor ballon setup must be in a shaded area. Preferred that the temperature is below 85 degrees. Balloon colors will oxidize and become clouded. Outside balloon displays have no guarantee to last due to the elements.

This form is meant to help provide a quote for your upcoming event and does not guarantee McNally Events can provide services.

All events are subject to different pricing based on length of event, location, design hours and supply factors. Events booked less then 3 weeks from taking place will have an additional charge.

All events require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee we can provide services for your event on your requested date. If we recieve a deposit and McNally Events is unable to create a design for your event it will be returned. If the requestor cancels less than 30 days before event no refund will be processed. Additional fees may apply to specific events.

McNally Events is not held responsible for incidents that may occur such as damages or injuries at venues or locations where balloon displays are set up or delivered. The individual requesting services must verify balloons are allowed to be used on the premises of venues.

Balloons have the potential to be dangerous for individuals if mishandled or popped. Balloon fragments should be kept away from small children and those who may try to ingest them. McNally Events is not responsible if incidents occur at events where services are provided.
