If there are multiple users enrolled, they can also chat with each other to determine if the alarm is false or not. Notifications of Alarm & System Troubles: For notification of high and low priority alarm events (police or fire dispatched, system power failure, system low battery, system trouble, etc.)System Servicing: In addition to the primary account holder, this person may be contacted for communication regarding the servicing of your system.Billing: In addition to the primary account holder, this person may be contacted for questions and communication regarding invoices. If an email is provided for this contact, they will receive invoices via email as well (if email invoicing preference is selected).
