*Vendors must be done loading in by 9:30am*

Step Out Buffalo will be providing overnight security for the site. Step Out Buffalo, Buffalo Central Terminal and Twenty6 Productions cannot and will not assume any responsiblity for your property while on these premises, nor for property left behind.

DESCRIPTION: The Buffalo Flea is an elevated shopping experience hosted by Step Out Buffalo. Featuring creators and curators, this modern flea will take place this summer outside of the iconic Buffalo Central Terminal. Shop a curated marketplace of WNY's best local makers, collectors, and artisans while enjoying music, food trucks, a bar with boozy & non-boozy beverages, and a photo station.

One weekend only, featured vendors will have everything new + vintage including home goods, apparel, candles, jewelry, Buffalo goodies, accessories, specialty food & drink, paper goods, beauty and spa, art, craft booze, gifts, and so much more.

COST TO PARTICIPATE: $30 Non-refundable application fee, required to submit

$215 for one 10 X 10 vendor Space for both days

$120 for one 10 X 10 vendor space for one day - limited single day spaces available.

VENDOR REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW: Vendors must come fully provide their own table/setup. Vendors MUST supply and come with their own pop-up tent including weights, as this event will be on pavement. We do not supply any carts or assitance with load-in. Please come fully self-sustaining including everything you may need. Vendors must sell handcrafted products, curate a collection of products, or own a local store. No multi-level marketing businesses please.

2022 Buffalo Flea: Market Vendor Agreement
The 2022 Buffalo Flea agreement is made and entered into as of the date listed on the last page of this agreement by Step Out Buffalo and between

(hereinafter known as "VENDOR") and Step Out Buffalo (hereafter known as "SOB") for operation of a booth during the 2022 Buffalo Flea to be held at Buffalo Central Terminal on Saturday, June 25 from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Both parties agree as follows:

A.) Vendor Responsibilities
- The VENDOR is required to supply tables, linens, and chairs for their booth. This is an outdoor event so A 10X10 (maximum size) TENT AND WEIGHTS are required.
- The VENDOR is responsible for staying at booth space and selling/sampling for the entire duration of the event. Absolutely no breaking down booth before event ends for the day. Violators will not be invited to participate in future events.
- The VENDOR shall not sell or donate space in its booth for advertising of any third party without prior written consent of SOB.
- The VENDOR is responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
- VENDOR is responsbile for any internet or power they may need.
- In the case of a cancellation/ unique circumstances, the VENDOR can receive a full refund for their vendor payment up until June 10, 2022. If the VENDOR cancels participation after June 10th, 2022 they will not be issued a refund.
B.) Responsibilities of SOB
- Upon receipt of an executed copy of this agreement, a $30 application fee and a $215 vendor fee for vendors who particpate both days, and a $30 application fee and a $120 vendor fee for vendors who particiapte for a single day, SOB shall provide as agreed upon to the VENDOR for the event: A 10X10 space at the event, & advertisement of your business in relation to the event on marketing materials including the Step Out Buffalo website and social media sites.
- SOB has the right to review and deny any applicant.
C.) Responsibilities of Both Parties - General Information
- SOB is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left overnight by the VENDOR. It is up to the discretion of the VENDOR to pack up their items in between sessions or not. Overnight Security will be provided.
- VENDOR sales locations are at the discretion of SOB. Vendors may begin setup of their booths when instructed by SOB. A detailed packet outlining set up times, spot number, loading locations, and parking will be sent prior to the event.
- SOB shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time shall the VENDOR fail to meet established standards and conditions set forth in this agreement and/or conduct sales activities not in good faith.
- SOB and VENDORS shall remain independent contractors, and nothing contained herein or done pursuant hereto shall be construed to create any relationship of principal and agent or employer and employee between the VENDOR and SOB.
