CANCELLATION POLICY Out of courtesy, I kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. I understand that special circumstances can be unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary.
In the case that 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, a 25% cancellation fee of the booked service or deposit will be charged before booking any further appointments.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. I will do my best to accomadate in the time allowed, but I will still need to charge for the original service booked. If I am unable to accomadate, your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the 25% non refundable cancellation fee.
As a courtesy to other guests, please notify me directly if you are at all running late (even 5 minutes makes a difference).
My booking system does a great job at sending appointment reminders. This is a courtesy, and any appointment no-showed will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.
