7 Leaves Team Members exude warmth and professionalism towards the customers and the team. Some responsibilities include taking orders, handling cash and credit transactions, preparing drinks and cleaning the store. Team Members focus on the overall customer experience.

Job Description:

Team Member:
Your job as team member will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as team member is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

Drink Cook/kitchen staff:
This job focuses on the creation and overall quality and maintenance of our coffee and tea products. This position is directly responsible for the production of our beverages by cooking and brewing the teas and coffees. Our kitchen staff spends all their time in our kitchen area to ensure the delicious and consistent quality of our drinks.

Manager:
This full-time position (40 hours a week) contributes to 7 Leaves Cafe's success by managing store operations, planning and executing for financial success, creating great teams and positive environments, while also connecting with customers and communities around them. They are responsible for creating an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development.
