FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION
Everyone should have the opportunity to play the beautiful game of soccer! We understand finances can present barriers and we want to do all we can to keep kids playing soccer. To be considered for financial aid, please complete this application and submit the required documentation. Required documentation is your most recently filed tax return and 2 recent paystubs. Financial aid award amounts are based upon Federal & Oregon Income Guidelines. The $300 Player Commitment Fee is the responsibility of every applicant. Financial aid awards are applied to the remaining balance. Families with more than one player only need to submit one application.
