'Fulfilment Selfie' Overview
Your response to each question develops a 'Fulfilment Selfie Profile', by defining your individual preferred fulfilment 'components' and your current frequency of fulfilment.

PART 1 - 'Defining Fulfilment'
Below are 3 defined fulfilment components, ('My Health (mental and physical well being)', 'My Financial Security' and 'My Social Interaction'), as well as options for up to 3 of your own 'Individual' components, those which you require for your own daily fulfilment.
Simply identify your own 3 'Individual' components by typing it in the corresponding box, followed by your rating from 1-10. (Examples of Individual components could be 'My Career', 'My Parenting', 'My Environment', 'My Exercise' etc. You decide.)
Place a score or rating from 1 to 10 in each of the boxes to indicate which component is 'most important' for your fulfilment, (being a score of 10). The higher the score the 'more important' this component is for your fulfilment.
The numbers 1 to 10 can be used multiple times, it's purely dependent on how strongly you feel about how important this component is to your daily fulfilment.

Next you are going to identifying the frequency with which you most often attain fulfilment alongside each 'component'.
PART 2 - 'Attaining Fulfilment'
Place a number from 1 to 6 in each of the boxes below to indicate how often you attain fulfilment alongside each 'component'. (#1 being 'NEVER', #6 being 'ALWAYS', with #2 to #5 being varying degrees of attainment from 'Never to Always')
To assist you, start with the statement: 'I am - Never (1), Infrequently (2), Sometimes (3), Frequently (4), Mostly (5), or Always (6), - happy with the frequency of regular fulfilment attained from this component.'

What happens next?
Within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your responses, (by clicking on the SUBMIT button below), you will receive an email containing an attachment to your Fulfilment Profile feedback report (Selfie), with suggestions to support you in 'Maintaining (balanced) Fulfilment' alongside your components.
