As parent(s) participating in the Parent/Child Dedication I (we) realize that in order to raise our child(ren) in the Lord, we must be following the Lord ourselves. Please indicate the following that apply to you:

I (we) have committed to following Jesus and have been water baptized (immersed, buried in water).I (we) are interested in learning more about water baptism by immersion.I am (we are) faithful to the Lord in regular worship attendance with the family of Gethsemane Church of Christ.I am (we are) faithful to the Lord in giving and in serving with the family of Gethsemane Church of Christ.I am (we are) placing ourselves and our child (children) under the accountability of the leadership and fellow believers of this church family.I (we) realize that if I'm (we're) not faithful to the Lord, the Parent/Child Dedication Ceremony is just that, a ceremony and not a commitment.
