1 IMMACULATE - No dust, no kids, no pets. Minimalist decor, lots of open space.2 EXCEPTIONAL - Cleans daily. No children, up to one non-shedding pet.3 GOOD - Light dust, older children. Similar to dirt code 2, with an average amount of decor (50% of shelving, tables, and counters being occupied with decor).4 4 MARGINAL - Medium dust level. Some food build up in the kitchen. Regularly cleans the whole home at least every 2-3 weeks.5 REQUIRES EXTRA TIME - Medium dust level. Some food build up in the kitchen. Regularly cleans the whole home at least every 4 weeks.6 RECOMMEND DEEP CLEANING - Visible build-up on blinds, baseboards, and window sills. Greasy appliances. Lots of furnishings and and decor.7 STRONGLY RECOMMEND DEEP CLEANING - Touch soap scum in showers, thick pet hair on floors. Challenges are very visible.8 DEEP CLEANING REQUIRED - Same as dirt code 6 and 7, but A LOT of heavy scrubbing throughout is required. Has not been cleaned in more than 6 months.9 DIFFICULT DEEP CLEANING - Cleaning has not been the priority, build up on most surfaces with the possibility of things not coming completely clean. Has not been cleaned in over a year.10 INTENSE DEEP CLEANING - All surfaces need work. Scattered messes, furniture tops and counters 95% covered with objects, not limited to decor. A lot of trash, clutter, laundry, and/or excessive pet hair.
