I hereby certify that no other individual or parties hold copyright interest in the work(s) submitted above, that I hold all rights to the work(s), and that the license granted herein does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. I declare that the artwork for the calendar is my original interpretation of a topic/subject and is not a derivative of transformation artwork based on another person's copyrighted artwork. I understand that the original piece of artwork that I created will become a permanent part of Walk YOUR Way for Autism Nova Scotia's t-shirt design contest 2022.) It will not be returned, and I will receive no valuable compensation in exchange for it, now or in the future. I hereby grant Autism Nova Scotia, their successors, assigns, and the future owners of the calendar, the absolute right and permission in regard to my artwork in the following ways: (a) to copyright, publish, and re-publish the artwork for any (digital) media, for any purpose whatsoever, either in whole or part, throughout the world and in perpetuity; (b) to use the artist’s full name in connection with the foregoing. I waive my right to inspect or approve the manner in which the artwork is used, and any text that is associated with it. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autism Nova Scotia, their successors, assigns, and the future owners of the t-shirt contest, from all claims and demands whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, the artwork itself or the use of it.
