The Lifeline program provides a discount on phone or internet service for qualifying low-income consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone and internet service brings, including being able to connect to jobs, family and emergency services. Service must be active with Centranet before applying for the Lifeline benefit.
