By filling out this form you are letting Gracefully Natural know that you are interested in becoming a vendor at our event. Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot at the Annual Spring Block Party. Gracefully Natural will reach out to you informing you of further direction. Our goal is to have the largest number of DIFFERENT types of vendors at this event. The vendor event will be held on April 27,2024 with a rain date of May 18,2024 at 1529 Franklin Street Rocky Mount, Va 24151.
The vendor interest form must be filled out no later than March 2,2024. Vendors will be informed of a decision no later than March 6th, if not sooner.
The event starts at 12 PM. Vendors can start setting up at 8 AM. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. This event will go into the evening time, 7 PM. As a vendor you are welcome to stay for as long as the event continues. However, we ask that all vendors stay until at least 6 PM. For the remaining part of the event there will be music, drinks, and food (also served all day).
Vendor fee is $75 if signed up by February 20,2024. Vendor fee will be $100 after Feb. 20th. Vendor fee is non-refundable. Once selected, a vendor will be sent a link to purchase their spot where they have 48 hours to complete before their spot goes to the next vendor in line.
All fees are non-refundable as they will be used to promote the event. No electricity will be supplied to the vendors, but vendors can bring their own generators if needed. Vendors must provide their own equipment. For example, they must provide their own canopies, tables, chairs, etc.
Gracefully Natural reserves the right to censor any booth.
