Group Coaching Call Sign-up Guidelines and Logistics
Please read the following guidelines before signing up.
Be present and ready to go.
To get the most out of your coaching session, please do you best to limit distractions and possible interruptions. Remember, this your time to find a quiet personal space and focus on you. Please come to the call on time and plan to be there the entire duration. Group coaching is a powerful way to gain insight for yourself and for those observing the coaching to experience the power of Mental Fitness in a new way.
Preparation
Know the topic you want to be coached on. Please have a topic in mind that you would like help with. Each month, I will coach the first 3 members who sign up by the Wednesday before our second Friday call. To sign up, please complete the form below. Coaching will last approximately 15 minutes. This is quick-hit coaching to help you apply Mental Fitness to the issues and opportunities you have at hand.
If you feel nervous, that's totally normal. And remember, what happens in the POD, stays in the POD. We've got you!
