.Thank you for your interest in a Custom Cookie order quote with Heart of Sugar Bakery! We are thankful for your support of our little bakery that combines the art of baking and art in the most creative way!

Custom Cookie Order Request Form

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION prior to submitting your request.

* All custom orders are for local pick up only in Virginia Beach, VA (I do not ship or deliver my cookies.) Heart of Sugar Bakery is located at 166 Rosemont Road, Suite E, Virginia Beach, VA 23452

*Submitting a Request Form does not confirm your order. I will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible with my availability and discuss final details. If you decide to move forward with your order; then I will hold your date on my calendar, I will send an invoice via Square. Your date is held once 50% of our order is received. as a deposit

*Custom orders start at $65/doz for a few basic shapes and designs. Pricing will increase depending on the number of colors, airbrushing, lettering, painting and level of detail. (Logos will have special pricing.)

*No copyrighted images will be allowed, for example Disney, Bluey.

*A minimum of 2 doz cookies is required per order.

*All cookies will come in heat sealed, clear, cellophane bags and will stay fresh 2-3 weeks. Yes, cookies can be freezed and I am happy to share with you how to keep your cookies longer.

*If you’d like them individually wrapped with ribbon as favors, there is an additional charge of $8 dozen.

*I love having creative freedom to create your custom order given the information requested like color scheme, vibe (simple, gimme all the florals, rustic, etc) and party decor. If you have an invitation, color palette, or party decor pictures you can share below by attaching your image. If you have a specific vision for your order, I love that too! Kindly note, I do not replicate other cookier’s work but rather use pictures as mentioned above as inspiration to design your own custom set.

*All cookies are my signature almond sugar cookie recipe. The dough contains almond extract and are not considered nut free. At this time I’m not able to accommodate dietary requests.

*Yes we can make Gluten Free cookies for additional fee. Depends on the amount of cookies needed.
