Alsame 2025 & 2026 Conference Host Questionnaire
ABOUT THIS QUESTIONNAIRE: This questionnaire is for Alsame institutional members who are interested in hosting the 2025 or 2026 Alsame Latino Youth Conference. Please note that this questionnaire is to inform the Alsame Executive Board that you are interested in meeting to discuss the possibility of your institution hosting an upcoming Latino Youth Conference. After several meetings, an agreement will be co-created to move the process forward.
ALSAME & HOST RESPONSIBILITIES: Once a host is selected, the Alsame Board will work closely with the host leadership team to plan the one-day conference, recruit and select speakers, workshop presenters, entertainment, and other logistics.
The conference host is financially responsible for securing the space and providing the food, entertainment/speakers, and student transportation. Submissions will be reviewed upon receipt and applicants will be contacted by the Alsame E-Board to discuss the next steps.
