DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY: A service deposit of up to $25 may be due when appointments are scheduled and confirmed for general notary public services. Monies paid will be credited to the final cost(s) of completed service. Any deposits made are fully refundable if the appointment is canceled with more than 2 hours’ advance notice.
Travel and notarization fees are due in full once services are rendered. However, suppose notarization does not occur after the meeting is scheduled due to an issue on my end. In that case, you are not required to pay for travel, or notarization fees. Any deposits made will be fully refunded. In addition, in rear cases, if the notarized document(s) are rejected due to the verifiable fault of the Notary, all expenses paid for re-notarization of new documents will be at my expense.
