We understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet is never easy. Pets In Need is here to support you with care and compassion.

Please note the following before submitting your request:

We only provide medically-based euthanasia services for the following cities: Los Altos, Los Altos Hills,and Palo Alto
Emergency euthanasia is not available through our clinic. For urgent needs, please contact an emergency veterinary hospital.
Our veterinarian will review each request to ensure euthanasia is the appropriate course of action.
You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours after submitting your request. Our office is closed on weekends and we are unable to respond during this time.
We offer one owner-present euthanasia appointments per week, typically scheduled up to 2 weeks after your request is reviewed and approved.
If you do not plan to be present, we may be able to schedule a drop-off appointment sooner.
