We understand that deciding to say goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the most difficult choices a pet parent can make. At Pets In Need, we are here to support you with compassion and care during this challenging time.

Please complete the form below to request euthanasia services. Our shelter veterinarian will review your request to ensure that euthanasia is the most appropriate course of action based on your pet's medical condition. Pets In Need provides euthanasia services only for medically-based requests.

Important Information:

We are unable to offer emergency euthanasia services. If your pet requires immediate assistance, please contact an emergency veterinary clinic.
You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours after submitting the form. Our office is closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and we are unable to respond during that time.
