QQP is open Tuesday - Friday 9:00 - 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 - 4:00 pm. Work schedules are published several weeks early. Closed Sunday, Monday, major Holidays.

Wages: Wages are according to Utah and Federal pay requirements for in-training and employees. Wages are increased based on skills, abilities, fulfilling obligations, and availability.

Tips: Tips are generally not given, but when they are, they are placed in a Party Fund. As everyone makes it possible for the customer to feel a tip is appropriate, everyone benefits from the parties.

Bonus: Bonuses are provided to full employees in good-standing when sales exceeds expenses (bonus funds come after all costs paid including taxes and fees).

Full Employees have successfully passed the JOB SHADOW period (1-2 weeks), TRIAL period (2-5 weeks) and TRAINING TASKS (progress at own speed). Each stage is to ensure the worker is a good fit for QQP and QQP a good fit for the worker. A training wage is paid through these stages.
