REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
In order for your application to be considered, it must have financial documents attached for review.

If employed, last two paycheck stubs or recent W2.

Recent tax return (1040) showing your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).

If filing an extension, please submit a letter explaining the situation.

A paragraph from your singer indicating interest in joining the TGC.
**Important information for split households**

If parents are divorced or separated and there is divided financial contribution to the child, the above information is required of the second parent. If unable to get this information, please state in a letter the special circumstance.
If there are no above documents available due to SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES such as: Unemployment, disability, noncustodial parent, reduction in income or job loss due to COVID-19 or other special circumstances, etc. Families must still provide supporting documentation:

Unemployment or SSI: A statement from the appropriate agency, stating the last date the benefit was paid.

A letter from the former employer stating last day of employment along with W-2s.

A letter from the employer stating reduction in hours and/or wages.

Families can also submit a letter to explain special circumstances if it will help aid in the decision making.
A tuition scholarship application WILL NOT be considered in full if there are no financial documents (or statements of special circumstances) included.
