  • How can you help?

Joining the P&C doesn't have to be a big commitment. Some members choose to attend only the meetings and make valuable contributions to discussions. Others enjoy getting more hands on.

Some of the iniativies we always need a hand with include:

    • Assist at P&C events and school events as required
    • Help in the uniform shop
    • Attend P&C meetings or participate on P&C sub-committees
    • Bake for fundraising events or cook at our fundraising BBQ’s
    • Source prizes or sponsors for events as required
    • Respond to specific requests for help from your child’s teacher or the school
    • Utilise your professional skills out of school hours
    • Pull on your gardening gloves and lend a hand at the annual working bees!

  • What Next?

As a P&C member, you're able to be involved as little, or as much as you like. The P&C does not expect every one of our members to attend every meeting or get involved with every fundraising activity we undertake. We respect your choice to be engaged and hope that through our membership, we can offer you the opportunity to be informed of activities, programs and events that are relevant to your child’s experience at Caringbah Public School.

    P&C Meetings

If you would like to be involved in decision making, or at least be involved in important discussions relating to the school and community, the P&C meetings are a great place to start. They are held twice each term in Week's 2 and 8, on a Tuesday night at 7pm.

To be entitled to vote on important issues, annual membership is $1.00 and entitles you to become a financial member of Caringbah Public School's P&C Association. When you become a financial member, you agree to follow the Constitution, by-laws, Code of Conduct, Policies, Procedures and sub-committee rules as adopted by the Caringbah Public School P&C Association, copies of these materials are available from the P&C Association Secretary at each meeting of the P&C Association.

Please see the Treasurer, Deb Darlington at the next P&C meeting to discuss becoming a financial member.

To find out when the next meeting is on please join our facebook page, check the school's website or send us an email here!

  • We look forward to getting to know you and working together.
