    • Ceremony Venue Information

    • Outdoor Ceremonies Require Covering In Case of Precipitation. We provide covering for our equipment only! All Ceremonies Require an Electrical Hook-Up Within 50 Feet of DJ Setup Location. Generator service is available with a MINIMUM 24 hours advance notice and additional charges.

    • Ceremony Music

    • Please Note:  Our Majestic Ceremony Package includes the use of 1 Microphone and 1 Stand (Just for the Officiant).  Additional microphones and stands (amplification for the band, etc.) may be added to your package (Charges May Apply).


    • Custom Playlists Must Be Submitted a Minimum of 1 Week Prior to Ceremony. Prelude Music Lasts For 30 Minutes.
    • The Wedding Party Processional is the music played as the Wedding Party proceeds down the aisle during a ceremony.  Please provide a song selection.
    • The Processional is the music played as the Bride(s) or Groom(s) proceed(s) down the aisle during a ceremony.  Please provide a song selection.
    • If you are having a  Unity Ceremony , please provide a song selection.  If you are not having a Unity Ceremony, or do not require a song selection, you may leave this section blank.
    • The  Recessional is the music played as the wedding party is exiting the ceremony.  Please provide a song selection.

    • Grand March List Entrance Order For The Grand March. Tips: Entrance for the Wedding Party is typically the same as the order of entrance during the ceremony. (Reverse order, starting with Bridesmaid/Groomsman/Participants furthest from the officiant) Ushers typically enter first, followed by Flower Girls and Ring Bearers. Alternatively, if Flower Girls and Ring Bearers are very young, they may want to enter with family members participating in the Grand March. Contact Us with any questions regarding this form.
