Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge that a 50% cancellation fee of the total estimate price of the service will be charged for any no-shows or last minute cancellations. If cancelled within at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time no fee will be charged.
No-Refund Policy

I acknowledge that there will be no refunds under any circumstance due to the time required for each service and costs. If I am unhappy with the results I received, I have 48 hours from the end of appointment to notify Kimberly Quezada and for her to make any corrections she sees appropriate.
Deposit Policy

I acknowledge that a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required in order to book an appointment. Deposit amount is 20% of the estimated appointment cost.
Service Release Policy (must accept all options)

I understand that chemical treatments have different effects on different hair types and colors. I agree to hold the salon and the hair technician harmless in the event of unexpected or undesired results.
I understand that any further alterations or corrections will be provided at my own expense.
I understand that previous treatments and chemical services can continue to have an effect on my hair.
I understand that my stylist is a certified technician who will try her best to create my desired results.
