Thank you for booking your Private Paint Party with Paint & Canvas. Our goal is to deliver fun Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience.
Booking and Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to book a Private Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the Paint Party. If the booking is less than 5 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at booking.

Guests: A minimum of 10 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. Please reserve as close to the minimum number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest count is due 3 days before the event
Cost: The price for a Private Canvas Paint includes step-by-step instructions, aprons, finger food, and paint supplies for each painter to create the featured painting and the canvas to take home. The more person booked for the party the less you pay per person.
Location: All Private Parties are held at your location/venue. The host is responsible for providing the venue and securing all details with the selected venue. The host is to provide all necessary tables and chairs for the Paint Party and ensure they are set up at least 1 hour prior to the event start time. The host will also be responsible for ensuring Paint & Canvas has access to the venue 1 hour before the event. For travel outside of the Montego Bay area, please inquire about location, prior to booking as travel fees may be assessed.
Party Time: Party Times are booked in two sessions ONLY. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($3500) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and if it is not completed within the session time specified in this contract. Being an hour late will require rescheduling at a fee of ($5500) and No Call No Show will result in the deposit being non-refundable and no future bookings will be done with this client.
Cancellation Policy: We do understand that things can change in an instant and as such we also are hopeful of your understanding as to how canceling a booking can affect us. If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in writing to paintandcanvas2022@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the Paint Party event. If notice is not given 72 hours, prior to the event date, the deposit will be retained by Paint & Canvas and it will not be refunded. Paint & Canvas will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however, Paint & Canvas reserves all rights in unforeseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event, this occurs the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.
